Smoked Salmon | Portioned Salmon

For those of you who live inside our delivery area, we are planning to offer home delivery at no additional charge for smoked salmon & portioned salmon orders. If no one will be home to receive the order, please leave out a cooler large enough to accommodate your order and we will dry ice appropriately. If no cooler is left out and temperatures do not permit us to leave your order, your seafood order will not be delivered and will incur UPS shipping costs.

For customers who do not live within the delivery area, we are offering a pick-up window from 12p – 1pm on THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 4TH.

Things You Need to Know

TRANSPORTING YOUR FROZEN SEAFOOD:

The seafood will be frozen below zero when you pick it up, so in an air-conditioned vehicle it will stay frozen for a drive that is not too long, even without ice. For reference, one 20lb salmon share fits inside a normal large size cooler (40 qt or larger). We do not provide ice or insulated packing materials, so be sure to bring what you think you will need to keep your salmon frozen.

PURCHASE TERMS


To reserve your share, purchases are due online by March 7th (halibut) or May 25th (salmon). All major credit cards are accepted. When extra shares are available after the order deadline, purchasing will continue online until salmon is sold out. Orders canceled within 5 days following an order deadline will receive a full refund, minus credit card processing fees. Orders canceled more than 5 days later will not be refunded.

PICK-UP

Due to the complexity of logistics for a frozen perishable product, shares that go unclaimed at pick-up events may be forfeit without a refund, so please be sure to arrange for timely pick up.

COMMUNICATION

We provide information via the email address (primarily) or cell phone number (rarely) provided during the check-out process. Please make sure that email from @eatwildsalmon.com is permitted through your spam filter, and let us know if any of your contact information changes. We will not spam or share your contact info.

RELEASE

By purchasing, you release Kwee-Jack Fish Co. and the CSF pick-up site from any responsibility or liability for injury which you or anyone accompanying you or in your stead may incur as a result of being on the premises.
