Important Shipping Details for Customers
For all shipping orders, we will confirm with you prior to shipping your order that the ETA of your shipment will work for you. All seafood orders ship frozen, with dry ice, in insulated packaging. Tracking codes are emailed when your order ships, and we generally use UPS, or USPS when UPS is not available in your area.
RECEIVING YOUR FROZEN SEAFOOD:
The salmon will be frozen when it arrives, however, it is important that someone is available to receive the package promptly to ensure it is placed in a freezer. We do use specialized insulated packaging and dry ice to make sure your seafood arrives frozen. Expedited shipping via UPS is our delivery method, or occasionally USPS, and tracking numbers will be emailed to you when your order ships.
All major credit cards are accepted. When extra shares are available after a deadline, purchasing will continue online until we are sold out. Orders canceled by no more than 5 days after a deadline will receive a full refund, minus credit card processing fees. Orders canceled more than 5 days after a deadline will not be refunded.
We provide information via the email address (primarily) or cell phone number (rarely) provided during the check-out process.
