Refund policy
Pre-Order Refund Policy: Orders canceled by up to 5 days past an order deadline (by email to hello@eatwildsalmon.com) will receive a full refund, minus credit card processing fees of 3.5% if PayPal is used. All other payment platforms should allow for full refund. Orders canceled 6 days or later will not be refunded.
Refunds on orders that require shipping or delivery: If there is damage or delivery delay due to carrier handling that causes spoilage, we require pictures be emailed to hello@eatwildsalmon.com, and/or texted to 406-272-2466 within 24 hours of receipt of the order. Any additional evidence or details that can be provided are appreciated as this assists us when dealing with our shipping providers. When tracking information confirms that our shipper has delivered your order past the expected date of arrival, refunds will be offered for products that experience spoilage and/or damage upon picture evidence being provided as mentioned above. If you prefer to have your product re-shipped, there is a $60 re-ship fee to help cover dry ice, insulated packaging and shipping fees. Perishable goods such as seafood are not allowed any insurance or carrier coverage, so please note that even though the carrier may have been at fault with the delay/damage, we are out the full cost of the original shipment and product, hence the re-shipment fee.
Return & Refund Policy:
At Kwee-Jack Fish Co., we take great pride in providing premium, sustainably sourced wild Alaskan seafood and high-quality salmon oil supplements. Due to the perishable nature of our seafood products and the integrity of our health supplements, by law we cannot accept returns of product back in to our inventory once items have left our possession. However, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction.
Order Issues & Quality Concerns:
If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at hello@eatwildsalmon.com | 406-272-2466. We will work with you to resolve concerns, which may include:
• Damaged Packaging – If your shipment arrives damaged, please provide photos of the exterior packaging and affected products.
• Order Errors – If you receive the wrong item(s), we will correct the mistake at no additional cost.
• Quality Issues – If you believe there is a quality concern with your product, please notify us immediately with relevant details. Due to variables out of our control with food preparation and storage, we may be unable to offer refunds on products that do not present obvious or apparent defect but are not to your liking.
Shipping & Delivery Responsibility
We carefully package and ship all orders to ensure they arrive in peak condition. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct shipping address and ensure timely receipt of perishable products. We cannot offer refunds or replacements for issues caused by:
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout
• Delayed retrieval of delivered packages leading to spoilage
• Missed shipments due to recipient unavailability
Cancellations & Order Modifications
Orders can only be modified or canceled before they have shipped. Once your order is in transit, we are unable to make changes.

All perishable shipments receive additional dry ice to allow for some delay in transit. If possible, please note temperature and frozen/thawed condition immediately upon receiving your shipment and then store your order in a freezer while we work through any issues related to your order. Our goal is to waste the least amount of wild seafood possible, and in most cases much of the seafood in a delayed order is still safe to consume when prompt actions are taken.
