Anna Echo-Hawk, sister of Captain Joe Echo-Hawk, and director of our East Coast seafood operations joined the fishing crew for part of the 2022 season. Her second day out fishing involved catching over 11 tons of wild sockeye salmon. Chaos ensued, but she handled it in stride. Picking fish is one of those things that you can’t really learn without just getting out there and doing it.
